Relationship Manager

  1. Previous experience in IT product and solution selling for BFSI and NBFSI market in India
  2. Mining in Existing accounts and generating revenues.
  3. Client servicing by maintaining healthy relations/ frequent follow up
  4. Heading of all the local resources / their deputations / their work management at customer place/ recruitment of new resources in line with expectations.
  5. Be aware of all the products/Solutions from SunSmart and look for in open market and from new customers.
  6. Presenting of all products / solutions of SunSmart to Existing / New Acquisitions.
  7. Should be self initiative / highly motivated, proactive and passionate resource for handling operations of SunSmart.
  8. Share the pain points of Customers from time to time to SunSmart HO for necessary Corrective and Preventive action
  9. As a Front Ending person, be able to get necessary inputs from the existing clients in order build best practices in the flagship products.
  10. Follow Up of payments/AMC dues methodically.
  11. When delivery takes place ensure that the loose ends are properly tied up with appropriate communication
  12. To Summarize, SunSmart presence to be felt by the existing/New clients in the respective region at the earliest time frame.

Project Managers

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years software development experience including full lifecycle
  • Minimum 3 years .NET experience
  • Experience with UML and Object Oriented Design and Development
  • Experience with Service Oriented Architecture - .Net
  • Experience with enterprise database – SQL Server 2008
  • Experience with Visual Studio Development Environment – Visual Studio 2008, C#.NET, WCF
  • Experience Session Management, Query Optimization, Performance Bench Marking Techniques
  • Must have experience working with minimal supervision of managers, leads and assists junior consultants in resolving routine problems, and is capable of resolving non-routine problems
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Ability to take initiative, maintain confidentiality, remain flexible, meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate with people at all levels, strong interpersonal skills, and superior organizational skills

  • Advises, analyzes, researches, designs, installs, implements and supports complex technology solutions for a client unit or organization.
  • Applies industry or domain knowledge to develop custom solution recommendations that conform to project requirements and constraints utilizing industry standards, best practices and internal and/or third party products.
  • Provides expertise in areas of specialization in sizing/estimating, assessing technical risks and identifying potential design / performance / security / support problems.
  • Uses industry standard graphical modeling languages and tools to develop implementation designs.
Prior work experience should include:
  • Configuring and installing a wide-range of technology and COTS solutions and tools for clients that resulted in profitable revenue growth
  • Experience in two or more project related roles such as implementer, integrator, test analyst, system administrator, tool specialist, support engineer, or architect.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in infrastructure architecture, design, development and/or implementation techniques.
  • nCreation of UML-based (graphical) or other standards-based architectural models.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis, Design, and Programming Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle assignments concurrently in a fast-paced environment
